We carry on the legacy of the masters Stanislav Libenský and Jaroslava Brychtová. We are a family glassworks where the craft is passed down from father to sons.
Kiln-cast glass sculpture, a form of artistic glass art, was born in the 1960s. Its pioneers were world-renowned artists Stanislav Libenský and Jaroslava Brychtová, who worked at the Glass School in Železný Brod.
It was here that the founder of our company, Rudolf Baňas, received his education. After years of practice and gaining experience, he decided to capitalize on his know-how and in February 2002 founded his own glassworks.
From day one, the company was a family business. Together with Rudolf Baňas, his three sons, Patrik, Roman, and David, participated in building and developing the company.
Each of them brought their unique skills to the company. Today, they are the ones who manage the entire production process and ensure that tradition and quality remain untouched.
The family character of the company ensures continuity and a deep understanding of every detail. This synergy between tradition and new ideas allows us to constantly grow.
Behind our success lies collaboration with the best. A key role in the technological development of the company was played by Ing. Radko Přibík, a world-class expert in glass technology.
Behind every piece of glass is a specific person and their hands. Meet the team that creates for you.
